FOREWORD
 Indoexpress was founded in 1994 as a courier service company.
We are in the business of transporting goods and documents over land, air and sea. Our
activities also include customs clearance, the distribution and logistics support,
relocation services, and even virtual e-commerce service through the net.
We firmly believe
the field of delivery service is an “on time” service. We, therefore, apply an absolutely carefully assessed work system to
show that we are in complete control of the business.
In an effort to
improve the quality of our service to our customers, we constantly perform various
innovations to our products, technology and the quality of human resources. Examples of
these innovations are cost efficient and guaranteed packages; in-house operational
application and on-line tracking & tracing system at all our branches; zone pricing
system and periodic education & training
for all our employees. All these innovations are in line with our vision to become a
prominent Total Transportation Company in Indonesia. As a proof and acknowledgement to
such commitment, we passed the ISO 9002
Certification in December 1999.
