Indoexpress  provides courier services to domestic and international destinations. Domestic Delivery Service is an exclusive “door to door” courier service that can be divided into  Domestic Express Service and PEI (Indoexpress Cost Efficient Package).

 The Domestic Express Service is a fast and on-time “door to door” courier service throughout Indonesia. PEI is a regular “door to door” courier service that usually takes more than one working day.

All our services are performed by our highly skilled and reliable staff in the most professional manner. Our couriers are equipped with uniforms and presentable motor vehicles. In order to maintain excellent performance at all times we focus on the following strategies :

The International Express Service is a “door to door” service to destinations all over the world. The International Express Service can be divided into : the International Express Service and the International PEI Service (Indoexpress Cost Efficient Package-International).

3.2.     Cargo Services

Indoexpress founded its cargo services in 1990. Indoexpress is a member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), and the Associated World Logistics Network Inc. (AWLN). AWLN is a network company established by the Associated Global Systems, a prominent transportation and logistics company in the United States of America and Canada since 1958.

The scope of activities covered by our cargo services comprises of air and sea cargo, customs, logistics and distribution support, and relocation services. In order to serve such a purpose, Indoexpress has established  partnerships with worldwide  airline companies such as : Cathay Pacific, Eva Air, Air France, Garuda Indonesia Airways, Korean Air, KLM, Lufthansa, and Singapore Airlines.

3.3.     Logistics Services

Indoexpress’ Logistics Services offers the right solution for companies who choose to outsource the management and distribution of their goods. We will carry out the distribution and management of your products, be it heavy goods, components, manufactured products or medical equipments. You may rest assured and concentrate on your operational activities while we attend to your distribution process.

Our Logistics Services utilizes a modern warehouse management system. Our department of Information Systems monitors and records all movements of goods through our warehouse. With information technology behind us we are able to connect to all over the world, thus enabling us to handle problems related to warehousing, permits, cargo shipments, telemarketing, pickpack, and inventory control in a timely manner.
