• CREAMS AND OINTMENTS: NONE
• DIURETICS: NONE
• EYE MEDICATIONS: NONE
• GI MEDICATIONS: Two to three months’ supply
• GLOVES: CRITICAL - less than one month’s supply
• HEART/HYPERTENSION: NONE
• IV SUPPLIES: Two to three months’ supply of tubing – NO supply of administration sets (needles)
• LOCAL ANESTHETICS: NONE
• NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS: NONE
