Staff

The Center is one of eight units of the Office for Professional Development. Program areas within the Center include Instructional Informatics, Instructional Technology, Instructional Design and Development, and Programs and Planning. Staff members have a broad range of skills in instructional technologies, multimedia development, distributed education, and instructional design. These services are arranged in collaboration with University Information Technology Services.

To situate this instructional support within the broader teaching and learning context, the Center maintains close working relationships with additional staff from other units. The Office for Professional Development maintains offices next to the Center in UL 1140. There you will find representatives from the Copyright Management Center, CyberLab, and University Libraries, as well as other OPD units. Consultants from these units are available for consultation with IUPUI faculty in the areas of fair use, intellectual property rights, research, and emerging technologies.
