A Regular Member must be a manager or administrator for a practice devoted to pediatric surgery in the United States or Canada. A Regular member has voting rights and may fill a chairmanship position on an APSMA committee, which permits placement on the Executive Board. |

An Affiliate Member is a professional person with a related interest in APSMA (such as a manager in pediatric GI, urology, ENT). An Affiliate Member has access to all the privileges of a Regular Member, though without voting rights or the capability of filling chairmanship positions. |
