Deliverables: Developed, deployed and integrated a "Best Practices" shared knowledge database for complex equipment maintenance over an existing Intranet. The multi-level web site organization enables equipment mechanics to "drill down" and access the information necessary to perform their tasks properly. The database includes drawings and text for processes, schedules, diagnostics and replacement parts.
Results: Potential first year savings from manufacturing improvements estimated to be $8 million.

Need: Leverage investment in PeopleSoft Human Resources Data via Web enabled executive access
Deliverables: Developed Web Browser enabled, "Point and click" interface for executive management to access corporate operational information from live production databases. Demonstrated capability with production PeopleSoft HR System. Capabilities are completely data defined, allowing them to operate with any SQL database, with "point and Click" definitions, to return Intranet Web pages to user's Web Browser.
Results: Deployed to Executive Staff and all HR managers within 30 days, client deployed against inventory systems for logistics management.
Product Data Management - Evaluation, Selection and Deployment
Client: Client is a $3 billion business unit of an $8 billion global computer communications firm, with manufacturing in US, Europe and Asia
Need: Improve engineering / manufacturing quality and productivity with improved product vaulting , Workflow, Bill of Materials and ECO management
Deliverables: Project support for supplier evaluation and selection (RFI and RFQ).  We are in the early stages of confirming user requirements, product requirements and supplier capabilities.
