Deliverables: |
Developed and deployed a Supervisory
Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system for an automotive JIT factory.Commissioned a
complete factory automation system that included a 5 level factory control hierarchy in
less than 3 months using full Object Oriented Software Development Methodology. Developed
25,000 lines of code, achieving customer acceptance in 7 weeks, with full deployment
completed within 3 weeks. |
Results: |
NOT ONE SINGLE BUG was reported in the
code during the 3-month warranty period, in production operation. Achieved ALL BUSINESS
REQUIREMENTS on time and under budget. |

Global Intranet Deployment |

Create an effective Intranet, with
meaningful knowledge and information, within 5 weeks to demonstrate at Winter Management
Meeting. |
Deliverables: |
Developed, integrated and deployed all
components of a global Intranet. During a 5 week period, we deployed over 2700 Web pages
of shared knowledge and information content that included WWW access to sites, products
and pages, as well as new and existing corporate materials. Infrastructure included
servers, WAN and Internet connections, firewalls, LAN, servers, desktops and laptops for a
300-person executive management seminar. |
Results: |
Demonstrated Intranet and knowledge
sharing capabilities to Executive Management Forum. Created key Information Services (IS)
deliverable for 1996, highlighted on Netscape Home Page. Created prototype for full
Intranet enablement. |
