Granada shares plunge on warning

Coronation Street maker Granada Media saw its shares plunge by over ten per cent after it warned that its revenues would be lower than last year.

Internet banking

If my research is to be believed, internet banking is finally beginning to catch on, and fast, and the winners so far aren't the new start-ups with jazzy names, but the big high street banks who now have a web presence.

Official figures show that Barclays was the most visited e-bank in August, with 641,000 visitors, usurping Egg's position as number one.
