ynthia Thomas is president of Thomas Research. Ms. Thomas holds an M.A. in Public Affairs and a B.S., Summa Cum Laude, in Political Analysis, University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.

She has over 15 years of research experience in federal, state and local government issues, including four years as a policy analyst and research director in the Minnesota Senate.

Ms. Thomas is a member of the National Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management.
