DATING EXPLAINED

Dating is classified by most dictionaries as an "appointment with a member of the opposite sex, usually romantic in nature". Personally, I find this mumbo-jumbo inadequate in explaining the basic concept of dating. This is only the tip of the ice-berg! To me, dating is a coming-of-age ritual which serves to familiarize two aroused individuals with each other. Dating allows both parties to "test the waters" before jumping into a serious relationship.

STEP ONE: GETTING A DATE
