[VIM] BEA03-43.00 mess

BEA's advisory web archives are causing trouble again (yes Brian, I
remember your rant).
BEA03-43.00 was apparently just added to their "new" site layout (the
one without forwarding URLs from the old URLs):
http://dev2dev.bea.com/advisoriesnotifications/
Search for "BEA03-43.00" and there you go - this was published
2003-11-11.
WHY did it suddenly show up in several VDBs with a "published" date of
2006-01-12?
WELLLLLLL... here are two reasons:
1) this OLD advisory has the URL:
http://dev2dev.bea.com/pub/advisory/162
but the MOST RECENT advisory had the URL:
http://dev2dev.bea.com/pub/advisory/161
So, if some VDB's watch list is dynamic enough to look for the most
recently added advisory based on increasing numbers, suddenly this
will pop up.
2) THE ADVISORY DOES NOT HAVE ANY DATE FIELD ASSOCIATED WITH IT!
Of course, the "03" in "BEA03-43.00" is a mini-clue that something's
awry, but whatever.
Insert jericho rant here, and check your published dates (after you've
checked for dupes, of course.)
