"It is our sad duty to inform you of the passing of COL Terry Conroy, English Faculty, on Friday, October 5th. Terry was in his 27th year at VFMA, and had been teaching for 37 years. Terry was a graduate of Creighton University, B.A. in English and Physical Education and he served four years in the Air Force 1967-71.

He spent five years in catholic schools and five years in public schools in Omaha, Nebraska. He also coached the varsity basketball team at VFMA for 25 years, and the varsity baseball team from 1984-96. His beloved wife, Rhonda, was by his side. Funeral arrangements are being made for Alumni Memorial Chapel of St. Cornelius the Centurion, and will be shared when they are available."
