All,

I have learned this evening that LTC William Raymond USA (Ret), former
Academy (and later also JC) chemistry teacher has become critically  
ill and
is in the hospital.  Please keep Bill and his wife Betty in your  
thoughts
for a positive and speedy recovery.

I have fond memories of COL Raymond's class --  although challenging to
this liberal arts major, thanks to his teaching style I managed to  
handle
JC Chem 101 and 102 successfully.  Also, I'll never forget his ongoing
reference to the everyman "Cadet Schmaltz."  :)

Our well-wishes to LTC Raymond for a speedy recovery.  More to follow  
as it
develops.
