Gentlemen -

The following memos from AABOD Chairman Niles Dally answers several  
questions raised by Alumni in various Internet venues and/or directly  
to the Association in recent weeks.  I thank him for providing these  
responses to the Alumni community and taking this first step in  
furthering the official civil and constructive dialogues between the  
Administration, Association, and Alumni on important matters related  
to our Alma Mater.

Niles begins:

"As Chairman of your Alumni Association I believe that it is  
imperative that Alumni be kept up to date on what is happening at our  
Alma Mater.  There are many wild rumors and substantial misinformation  
being passed around, and as Alumni you deserve the right to know  
specifically what is happening.  Listed below are some of the  
questions or statements that I have seen and the correct answer.
