Just from this morning's news (c/o Drudge) --

First we have the screen-the-toddler-in-a-wheelechair story.    Add to that,

With these clowns working to 'protect' us, I feel much safer about flying, don't you?

... but then TSA wants to offer you $100 to Fly Through the Airport via "PreCheck" to bypass screening (http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052702303863404577281483630937016.html).   So let me see if I get this right: TSA is asking us to pay them to "protect" our dignity when travelling, or else we get 'victimised' by their goon when we don't fork over some money.  Wait a second -- isn't there a legal term for that ... what's it called......oh, yeah -- extortion.
