[Dataloss] DLDOS revision

For anyone interested, Attrition's Data Loss Database has been revised to 
reflect the full path to the RefPage column as of tonight.

Where you once would have seen "uva01.html" in said column, you will now 
see:

http://attrition.org/dataloss/2008/04/uva01.html

for the full year, month, and page path.

Thanks to Adam Shostack for the original suggestion and Marjorie Simmons 
for her help to make this happen.
