[Dataloss] Maryland reports theft of laptop containing personal information

Maryland officials say a laptop computer containing personal information 
on people with state licenses has been stolen.

The Maryland Department of the Environment says the laptop was stolen from 
a vehicle. It contains four databases that include personal information 
related to licenses issued by four state boards.
