A survey taken in 2005 says the number is 5.7%, not 20%.

It cannot be true that 20% leave.  If they did, revenue would be off by
20%.  If that happened, stock prices would reflect it IMMEDIATELY.

Therefore, either by a happy coincidence only the lousy, unprofitable
customers leave, or the number is not correct.
