[Dataloss] American Family Insurance Warns Customers Of Identity Theft

Hmm.

Wisconsin's notification law (http://www.legis.state.wi.us/2005/data/ 
acts/05Act138.pdf) says that notice should take place within 45  
days.  This theft was in July.

These guys may have cut it rather close.
