A package containing sensitive taxpayer information that mysteriously 
disappeared in the mail two months ago just as mysteriously re-appeared on 
Wednesday.

The package contained public, private and non-public data about 2,400 
individuals and 48,000 businesses and was sent via certified mail by state 
Revenue Department employees in Baxter.
