In May 2009, LIGATT Security International filed an Issuer's Initial Disclosure Statement with OTCMarkets to fulfill requirements for listing LGTT on the Pink Sheets. In that document, LaKesha Wilson (President and COO of LIGATT) states that Gregory Evans has the following "affiliations": Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP). It has already been proven that Evans does not hold a CEH certification or a CISSP certifications.
Thanks to the certification team at ISACA, we now have confirmation that Evans lied about holding both a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification.

Evans" with LIGATT Security (http://ligattsecurity.com/) holds either the CISA or CISM certification. I realize that verification typically requires knowing a certification number and last name, but I suspect this person to be fraudulently representing himself as a holder of both certifications. To date, he has also been claiming to be a CEH and CISSP, both of which turned out to be false: CISSP: http://attrition.org/errata/charlatan/gregory_evans/evans10.html CEH: http://attrition.org/errata/charlatan/gregory_evans/ligatt11/ Based on his history of misrepresenting himself about certifications held, I'd like to ask that ISACA make an exception and validate if Evans holds either of these certifications. I am only seeking confirmation if he does or does not hold it (i.e., yes or no answer), not any certification numbers or additional information about the individual. With integrity being a cornerstone of our industry, I hope that ISACAS can help with this request. Thank you for your consideration, [Name] Denver, CO

I have checked our records and do not find that Mr. Gregory D. Evans is certified. Once an individual is certified, they are issued unique certification numbers for their certification. If he has given you a certification number and you can provide this to me, I will be happy to recheck our records. In the meantime, if he is using the designation and you can provide me with a screenshot or a copy of the resume, business card, etc that he is claiming this, we can contact him directly regarding the usage of the designation.
