Dear Year 2000 Concerned Customer:
Telepartner International has successfully completed testing our
current product line for Year 2000 compliance. Telepartners testing and
modifications ensure that our products are fully functional through the Year 2000 and
beyond. However, Telepartner is not responsible for the compliance of other third party
products and operating systems that interface with Telepartner products.
The following provides information regarding our testing
procedures and each products compliance. Telepartner is committed to supporting its
products and customers through this Year 2000 transition. If you have additional questions
or concerns on Telepartners Year 2000 compliance, please do not hesitate to call
Gladys Santos, Project Manager, at 800-935-3270 or e-mail her at gsantos@telepartner.com.
Sincerely,
David Kimball
President, Telepartner International
Year 2000 compliance means that neither performance nor
functionality is affected by dates prior to, during, and after Year 2000.
Each Telepartner product has undergone comprehensive testing.
Test plans consisted of test cases to ensure compliance, accuracy and continued product
functionality. With the system and application dates adjusted, testing covered the
following time spans:
- 12/31/1998 - 01/01/1999
- 09/08/1999 - 09/09/1999
- 12/30/1999 - 12/31/1999
- 12/31/1999 - 01/01/2000
- 02/28/2000 - 02/29/2000
- 02/29/2000 - 03/01/2000
- 12/31/2000 - 01/01/2001
Additionally, BIOS testing was performed to determine what
impact if any a non-compliant system would have on our software products.
