This page contains answers to common questions handled by our support staff, along with some tips and tricks that we have found useful and presented here as questions.

Note: In these answers we will follow a few shorthand conventions for describing user-interface procedures. Key combinations will be presented like this: Ctrl+Alt+Delete, which means that you should press and hold down the Control key, the Alt key, and the Delete key at the same time. Menu selections will be presented like this: File->Open, which means that you should open the File menu, and then make the Open selection.

How do I ... ?

It's simple.With Windows 95 you must first make certain that you have the Plus pack installed(Windows 98 has it by default).Then click on Start-->Settings-->Control Panel.Double click on Desktop themes.Now you're at a selection screen.In the drop-down list select the theme that suits you and click on it, then click on apply and you're done!

Where can I find files,folders or other computers?

For files:                   

                                   All you do is click on Start-->Find-->Files or Folders                                      and in the named box type in your filename.Next select                                      the drive you want searched in the drop-down list and                                      click on Find Now.

For Computers:

                                               This is even simpler,click on                                                  Start-->Find-->Computers.In th named box type                                                  in the name of the computer you are looking for                                                  and click on Find Now.
