Your order for a UK based name (.co.uk & .org.uk) will be processed before payment.
If paying by cheque we require payment within 5 days
After this period if the payment has not been received we reserve the right to either:-
a) cancel the registration; or
b) increase our charge for the name to £80; or
c) reserve the right to withold the tag release because of non payment.
The choice will be ours - in short we are offering a pre-payment service and would expect you to honour your part of the contract by return.

Any contract made with us does not affect the consumers' statutory rights.

When the domain name is registered on your behalf you will also be subject to the terms and conditions of Nominet UK which are available for inspection at http://www.nic.uk/terms.html

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless www.your-name-here.co.uk, CORE and any applicable domain name registry, including Network Solutions, Inc., and the directors, officers, employees and agents of each of them, for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any third party claim, action, or demand related to your domain name or the use thereof.
