TICO CV/CA High Stress Bearings
Vulcanised laminates of polychloroprene based rubber,
enhanced by the inclusion of cellular particles and alternated with reinforcing plies of
high tensile fabric.
CV/CA bearings have a working stress range of 4.5 MN/mē to 7 MN/mē.
Applications
High load bearing applications such as office complexes, luxury flats, tower blocks,
hospitals etc.

TICO CV/M Medium Stress Bearings
This medium stress structural bearing uses the same high quality compound as is used in
TICO CV/CA but is unreinforced except in the 50mm thick version, which has central
reinforcement, of high tensile fabric.
CV/M bearings have a working stress range of 1 MN/mē to 1.4 MN/mē.
Applications
Medium load bearing applications such as offices, private dwellings, oil rig modules,
floating floors, etc.

TICO CV/LF Low Stress Bearings
This range of low stress bearings is supplied in two grades, both moulded from
polychloroprene compounds in varying configurations.
CV/LF/B bearings have a working stress range of 0.04 MN/mē to 0.07
MN/mē.
CV/LF/N bearings have a working stress range of 0.35 MN/mē
to 0.7 MN/mē.

Recording studios, floating floors / ceilings, anechoic chambers, etc. |

There are four grades of resilient seatings, the selection of
which is dependent upon any number of factors such as available support, rotation, axial

CV/PF/RS
A very high stress seating, manufactured from press cured layers of heavy duty synthetic
rubber proofed fabric, suited to the most arduous applications.
CV/PF/RS bearings have a working stress range of 10 MN/mē to 15.5
MN/mē. |
CV/CA/RS
A high stress seating, manufactured from a particle loaded polychloroprene rubber,
reinforced with high tensile fabric. Suitable for most building applications.
CV/CA/RS bearings have a working stress range of 4 MN/mē to 7
MN/mē. |
CV/M/RS
A medium stress seating, manufactured from a particle loaded polychloroporene rubber; this
is the the most popular seating material - suitable for a wide range of applications, can
withstand high irregularities in support surfaces.
CV/M/RS bearings have a working stress range of 0.5 MN/mē to
1.4 MN/mē. |
CV/D/RS
A low stress seating, made from particle loaded polyisoprene rubber and benefiting from
high damping. Designed to accommodate normal surface irregularities under low load
conditions.
CV/D/RS bearings have a working stress range of 0.1 MN/mē to
0.3 MN/mē. |

| BONDSLIP SLIDING BEARINGS
An ideal choice for accommodating large lateral movements,
particularly if associated with high vertical loads.
These two-part bearings are designed to cater for a wide range of sliding applications and
will accommodate large movements resulting from expansion and contraction etc. The
bearings may be backed with TICO resilient materials to enhance their capability and allow
for rotation or displacement in addition to their ability to slide.
