TICO S is a high performance machinery mounting material. It matches today's fast changing environment, where ease of machine mounting and flexibility of plant layout are prime factors.

TICO S is manufactured from a blend of carefully selected cork particles and polychloroprene / acrylonitrile elastomers.

TICO ADHESIVES & SEALANTS

A range of top quality products specially formulated for TICO pads. These are the only adhesives and sealants we recommend as others may degrade the TICO pad or provide insufficient bonding.

TICO A/GE
A synthetic elastomer based adhesive for bonding TICO S/PA and TICO LF/PA pads to most floor materials and machine structures e.g. concrete, metal, brick, ceramics and timber.

TICO A/VF Void-filler Adhesive
A special polychloroprene based adhesive for bonding TICO VF/PA/1 void filler to concrete, brick or ceramic surfaces.

TICO A/WB Wet Bond Adhesive
A three part mortar type adhesive for bonding TICO S/PA and TICO LF/PA pads to damp or pitted surfaces of concrete, brick or ceramic. This system comprises an epoxy resin, hardener and granular filler.

TICO A/ST Sealing Tape
A fabric reinforced tape with self adhesive surface for covering and sealing joins between TICO pads and/or void filler.

TICO A/SU/1 Sealant
A liquid two-part polysulphide compound which sets with permanent elastic properties for sealing pit installations against liquids and other foreign materials.

TICO A/SU/3
An elastomer based primer for applying to concrete surfaces before the use of TICO A/SU/1 sealant.  Top
