Office of Tax Policy Analysis

The Office of Tax Policy Analysis (OTPA) is responsible for the ongoing study of the State’s tax structure and how proposed Tax Law changes affect the revenue stream, economy and business climate. As an essential piece of this ongoing work, OTPA distributes tax data which is used in the formulation of tax policy. OTPA publications are categorized by either (POLICY),  (STATISTICAL) or (COLLECTIONS).
