Have you tried contacting Hotmail's tech support unit?  They're probably
one building over from yours.

You're an IT coordinator for a large multinational corporation.  Check
with your security staff there.  At least one of them probably has a list
of all of your passwords (as well as your credit card numbers, cell phone
records, and medical history).
