Dear Freind: I have just been threatened by PayPal with FBI action. Can they
do that? Does the FBI have any jurisdiction in Canada? Does FBI have
jurisdiction over the internet?

Dear Future Tortured Prisoner,
You bet your ass they can do that. With the GWOT in full force the US
government can fly a helicopter into the congo, lasso a naked tribal
woman off the back of a zebra and send her off to a torture camp as a
"suspected terrorist"...snatching someone out of Canada is a cakewalk
in comparison.
