Hi Danielle,

To be honest, we get a lot of requests to help out with "forgotten"
passwords.  How can we be sure that this isn't really Justin trying to
break into Danielle's account without her permission?  Not trying to be
overly skeptical, but we see it a lot...

Sorry for the delay in responding.  Didn't get your email until just now.

Couple questions though:

1. Are you sure you haven't tried all of the common things like pets'
names, favorite colors, or kids' names (you don't look old enough to have
any, though), and

2. You actually look barely old enough to be married, so I hope Scott
didn't send us a picture of his little sister or something like that.
Maybe hold up a little sign like "hi attrition" or "hi lyger" so we can be
sure?
