AOL is completely user friendly, winning numerous awards such as the NMRC Brown Star of Excellence, the UG Award of Simplicity, and the Presential Medal of Valor in Web Design. Our methods of cancellation are well defined, written with full lawyer approval and designed to protect you. Your current usage of the account has no bearing on charges that are applied. I follow correct procedure and promise this is not the end and will call appropriate people to have this svc cancelled. Check my usage, none do not answer any emails in the way you just did.
