Dear Hotmail Staff,

Since one of your lovely customers mails me each day, I am again asking
that you consider sending out an e-mail to every hotmail user asking them
not to solicit complete strangers to help them commit felony computer
crime. Surely this one mail sent to every hotmail user would be worth it,
as it would save countless time on your side investigating the near daily
mails I am sending to abuse.

Thanks for your consideration!

do you really want to spend a year or three learning intense programming,
system architecture and more, just to make a "simple virus"?

Hello Jericho,

Thank you for writing to MSN Hotmail.

This is Roxanne and I am replying to your concern about receiving a
disturbing message about a Hotmail member requesting for assistance on
how to hack accounts.

I understand your request to send an e-mail to Hotmail users not to ask
for assistance on hacking accounts. Unfortunately, we're unable to do
this as we expect Hotmail members to abide by the Hotmail Terms of Use
upon registration.

However, we do investigate as soon as we can if a Hotmail member has
violated our policies. I would like to assure you that MSN Hotmail does
not tolerate its members in violating our Terms of Use. I do appreciate
your suggestion as we review all customer comments regularly and use
them to help plan new improvements.

About the message and the sender you reported to us, I have closed the
explosive_tyrtle@hotmail.com account in accordance with the Hotmail
Terms of Use (TOU). It is a strict violation of the TOU for our members
to send objectionable material of any kind or nature using our service.

You can view our rules and regulations at:

I understand your concern for receiving such a message.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Sincerely,

Roxanne G.
