Hi, i'm doing a study on clueless Internet users and you have volunteered
yourself for my project!

First off, perform the following steps:

1) click on the site http://webcamnow.com
2) notice the 'help' on the banner up top, on the right
3) click 'help'
4) notice the plentiful Q&A to help users such as yourself
5) notice the 'contact support' on the left in the blue box
6) click on the 'contact support' option
7) notice what e-mail address appears
8) notice what e-mail address you mailed

Second, answer these questions:

a) did you see the 'help' link on the webcamnow.com page?
b) did you read the Q&A at all before sending mail?
c) did you see the 'contact support' link?
d) did you click on it?
e) do you notice the difference between the support email
   address and mine?
f) if you answered yes to all of the above, why did you contact me?
