Well, that's rather complicated. If you mean the manila file-folder type folder, yes of course! You can certainly get a giant marker (we recommend red, as this is an elite color that implies that top seekretness must surely lie within) and write "DO NOT OPEN WITHOUT PASSWORD, YO DUDE?" on it. This will ensure that anyone who doesn't know the proper password will not enter your folder-o-porn. However, if you mean the type of folder one might find in Windows, I would suggest you start clicking that little mouse thingy and figure it out yourself.
