the focus of the image in question is getting across the point that

Yes, but are we supposed to care?  Look, the term "idiot" was once
considered an official term regarding mental capacity of a subject.  But
then it fell into common use and became pejorative.  The same is true for
retarded.  As a consequence, I'm not about to get worried because you
don't care for the choice of words utilized on this site.  Just because
you might use the term "retard" in a derogatory fashion doesn't mean
