I think this is just about the ultimate in stupidity as far as spam goes. In general, spammers are getting more and more brain-dead it seems. Sending off broken URLs, forgetting to put in contact information into their spam software, etc. You'd think they would at least make it so that .01% that supposedly respond to spam could if they wanted to. Something tells me that "removals" above isn't valid, and I know the "From" line is forged.
