Dear 'cult hero', 'jericho', and whatever other handles you think are cool,
I've been a reader of attrition's errata section for a while now, and I'm
"glad" to see you've decided to restart your running commentary. I was just
wondering... is it appropriate (or even legal) for you to be posting emails
that were not directly sent to you, nor forwarded by one of the relevant
parties? Perhaps RFP's concerns are legitamate-- at what point do you become
legally priveledged to the conversation? I'm not a US resident, and I do not
claim to be a lawyer, but... keep up the stupidity...

: cool, I've been a reader of attrition's errata section for a while now,
It's amusing seen grown ups pulling the third grade routine of lashing out
at arbitrary things to help buff you up. Attempting to insult me because
of a nickname is going to further your point and make someone take you
seriously, oh yeah.
So maybe I should follow your suit and insult you for the lame domain
name. Insult your lack of skills and inability to run your own domain.
The lack of motivation to do something for the community. Yeah, that
would be so neat.

You're "glad"? Ok.

If we have permission from one of the parties sure. In many cases, we are
CC'd or BCC's on this correspondance, so we were included.

Since he CC'd me from the *first mail*, I'd say I was legally priveledged
from the start of it, but hey, just my guess.

We will certainly do that. We often continue the stupidity by posting it
in our Going Postal section. You would do nicely there.

No, your lame domain and the fact that you can't even get an email address
that includes your name is good enough. MHM451.. just like AOL. Just
remember, you are unique.. like everyone else.
