	I hear the postmaster is a good source for help. 'post' is
	an old techie word that means 'hack', and obviously 'master' is someone
	really proficient in it. However, because so many people mail and ask
	for help, he carefully screens those contacting him. You must show
	patience above all things, but do not be soft and let him tell you
	otherwise. When he tests you by claiming no knowledge of such things,
	stand firm and ask him again. Since you come from aol.com, the best
	way to contact him would be to mail postmaster@aol.com and ask.
