I am having a continued problem with a user in the Verizon owned IP space.
This has been an ongoing problem for over two months, and includes
activity that violates Verizon AUP on a daily basis.

My mail to abuse@ as well as the NIC contact have gone unanswered over 15
times when I tried to complain.

I'm out of ideas on how to resolve this short of a) blackholing ALL
verizon IP space (this will affect mail lists *this* address is subscribed
to) or b) setting up a web page outlining why I think people should
boycott Verizon.

Is there anyone at this address that can help?
