Asshat: Nicholas Lemonias and his second invalid takedown request

Sat Aug 30 2025

Just when you thought an asshat had faded into oblivion, they turn up like an annoying insect. Over a decade had passed and out of the blue we receive an email from what is a totally legitimate person at a completely real business claiming to represent Asshat Lemonias. Muhammad Ashiq ... or Farhan Khan, you choose, claimed that Lemonias was a client. In the email Muhammed Ashiq Farhan Khan alleged that his client's page was "highly damaging", "defamatory", "misrepresented facts", and was a "violation of .. privacy and personal rights".

Obviously, Muhammed Khan does not understand what the 1st Amendment is. He also does not understand defamatoin law. Further, he doesn't understand that his "client" has previously filed a bogus DMCA takedown request which itself is against 17 U.S. Code § 512 section (f). Anyway, here is the pathetic demand made to us, and our reply.
