[VIM] MS09-032 and Office Web Component ActiveX

MS09-032 is listed as addressing CVE-2008-0015.

However, the KB article for the Office Web Components issue lists MS09-032 
as addressing that issue as well. Copy/paste error, or does it include the 
kill bit for that?
