[VIM] IBM DB2 9.5 FP5 clarification

These are covered by Secunia 37759 and OSVDB 61040.

21412902 currently says:

   The specifics of the Security APARs incorporated into the above DB2 fix
   packs can be found in the following table:

However, the table lists nine issues that do not seem to have obvious 
security impacts. Could someone from IBM clarify / verify which are 
security related?
