[VIM] 3rd annual VIM gathering?

: For the VIM gathering, I think we just need to pick something and make 
: it happen.  There seems to be parties every night!  Back to the Shadow

There are multiple parties, some private some public, every single night. 
I think the key is we need to pick a time as close to the end of the BH 
day as possible so that we can head downstairs and meet/talk/drink, 
before the rest of the parties begin.
