Dead links include:

  http://xforce.iss.net/xforce/xfdb/31307
  http://xforce.iss.net/xforce/xfdb/35492

and who knows how many thousands of others (at least 14000 in CVE).

But http://xforce.iss.net/xforce/xfdb/38134 seems alive (that's from
Oct 29).

I'll send an inquiry.
