[VIM] HP no longer requiring registration for security bulletins?

HP has required user registration for ages for its security bulletins,
so for the convenience of CVE users, we generally use links to other
archives.  However, the following URL doesn't seem to require
registration:

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=c00672314

Has anybody else seen this?  Has this been going on for a long time
and I just never noticed before?

Can automatically calculable advisory URLs be far behind?  ;-)
