[VIM] FrSIRT closes exploit section due to French laws

  "In conformity with applicable French laws prohibiting
   Full-disclosure, the FrSIRT will no longer distribute exploits and
   PoCs on its public web site.  Public exploits section has thus been
   definitively closed."

However, they still offer the information to subscribers.  Wonder if
that's a loophole in French law.

Sometimes I wonder if vuln DBs are next.
