[VIM] Vendor ACK for Skull-Splitter Guestbook XSS

Vendor front page includes an item dated 18. March 2006 that says " A
new version of my guestbook script has been released. Aliaksandr
Hartsuyeu from http://evuln.com has kindly pointed out a XSS
vulnerability which I now believe to have fixed."

Note that "Skull-Splitter" does not appear as prominently as the
author's real name, Soten Boysen.  SkullSplitter appears to be an AIM
nick.
