[VIM] Questions on Etomite back door

I downloaded etomite0.6.1-RTM.tar.gz from the vendor site and looked
for "manager/includes/todo.inc.php" but there was no such file.

http://www.etomite.org/downloads.html seems to imply that they have a
production release in the section "Download the Latest Production
Release" but then there appears to be a message "No files found."  So
maybe the vendor removed it.  I'll send an email.
