Oh, I forgot to mention one of my favorite little phrases.

I do not include "laws-of-physics" vulnerabilities in which the laws of
physics would have to be broken to protect against them.

e.g. if I send OC3 traffic to a 28.8 modem, then I should expect a
noticeable slowdown.
