[VIM] pdnsd - buffer overflow, not just memory leak

Some VDB's have been concentrating on the memory leak in pdnsd as
reported with the PROTOS DNS stuff, but note that the developer's
front page at http://www.phys.uu.nl/~rombouts/pdnsd.html says:

  A memory leak and a minor buffer-overflow problem have been fixed.

The statement in the NISCC document only seems to cover the memory
leak, so it's not clear whether the overflow is PROTOS-related or not.
